I guess it is a little like a world war one fighting stile but i found out it will work out for imperial guard very good. This basicly works for me, playing against every other Faction. Once you have youre attilerie going the greenskins will use most of their time flying around the map :D You can also use troop transports and youre HQ to send out troops behinde enemy lines to draw part of thier attention from the front line. If they retreat, advance and establish new defensive positions at the front line. Also you can send out early meele units to get thier meele units busy.
